Santa Claus Optics Customer Appreciation Hunt In appreciation to all of our valued customers, SCO will be hosting our 2nd 24 hour hunt and dinner. My goal was to structure the hunt in a way that everyone has a chance at winning something, and also a way to allow daytime hunters a chance to participate. This years hunt will be the same format as our previous hunt. The hunt will begin on Friday 1/24/2025 at 3:00 pm (CST) and will end with check in at The FULDA SPORTSMAN (5540 Jackson ST Fulda IN) on Saturday 1/25/2025 3:00-5:00 pm (CST). (NO COYOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5:00 PM (CST) ) Dinner will be provided to everyone after check in is complete. Entry Fee is $50 per person (NOT PER TEAM)
To purchase an entry for the hunt, check out with the quantity of team members you are going to have. In the notes section you MUST put the team members names and the T shirts size for each hunter.

The format will be 1-3 person teams. Each team will receive a raffle ticket to be entered into a drawing for a variety of items at check in. You will also receive a raffle ticket for each coyote brought in at check in. I will be paying 100% of the entry fees back to the hunters split as a Coyote Bounty. (Total number collected from entries / Total number of coyotes brought to check in = Bounty) For example: If the contest brings in $3000 and there are 30 coyotes brought to check in then each coyote is worth $100 each. If there are 100 coyotes brought to check in then each coyote is worth $30 etc. Only coyotes brought to check in count towards the bounty. There will be 1st 2nd and 3rd place trophies for the most coyotes killed (weight will be used for ties). I will also have some products along so you have the opportunity to check out different models in person. You do not have to check in before the hunt only afterwards to receive the bounty and to get your raffle tickets for the drawings. Again check in after the hunt will be on 1/25/2024 at 3-5:00 pm (CST) .
Details on tagging procedure will be released on the SCO Facebook page 1/24/2024 before the hunt begins.

—I am capping this hunt with 200 hunters due to the size of the facility. (we had over 200 last time) so don’t wait around to purchase your spot. When it is sold out that will be all the entries I can accept.
