My husband has wanted a thermal for YEARS. I decided this Christmas was going to be one for the books. I called Travis and told him what my husband was interested in. Travis asked me a few questions and gave me recommendations. I ordered the Rix Leap L3 as soon as we hung up. A few weeks later I called back and had Travis help me out with a tripod set up. He actually remembered the details of my husband set up. This lead to the purchase of the SCO Pup tripod. Shipping was incredibly fast too. Got my tripod in today, man this thing is a beast! It's my first actual good tripod. I've used many others at matches but never owned a good one myself. The ball head is equally amazing. Ordered my new Rix optics leap 3 on Friday around 8 pm and had a notice from UPS by 8 the next morning that the label had been created. Scope was delivered by Tuesday and everything was as advertised. I can’t say enough about Travis as I have called him several times discussing several scopes and what would be best for me he was helpful and courteous every time we spoke!! I decided on the Rix after the open house and speaking to Dustin Williams I haven’t gotten to mount and use the scope yet but I’m 100% satisfied with it and Santa Claus Optics thus far and I’m sure I will stay that way once I get a chance to shoot with !! Travis took time out of his day to talk to me on the phone about thermals, comparing multiple brands and resolutions. When I decided to purchase, he made sure the scope was updated to the newest firmware so I could use it immediately. Even reached out to him a few weeks after for an issue I was having, he immediately went to work to recreate the issue with a scope he had in house, and instructed me how to prevent it from occurring again.
