My husband has wanted a thermal for YEARS. I decided this Christmas was going to be one for the books. I called Travis and told him what my husband was interested in. Travis asked me a few questions and gave me recommendations. I ordered the Rix Leap L3 as soon as we hung up. A few weeks later I called back and had Travis help me out with a tripod set up. He actually remembered the details of my husband set up. This lead to the purchase of the SCO Pup tripod. Shipping was incredibly fast too. Travis has vast knowledge, incredible customer service, and quality products.

Got my tripod in today, man this thing is a beast! It's my first actual good tripod. I've used many others at matches but never owned a good one myself. The ball head is equally amazing. I've known Travis for several years now (met shooting PRS). I'd recommend SCA for any thermal optics or anything else. Solid man behind the company.

Fast delivery. Packaged well. Great customer service. Also the little extras are a nice touch. Purchased the RIX Leap L6 and it came with a extra set of 18650 rechargeable batteries. A SCO tee. A note letting me know my ADM mount is on its way.
I strongly recommend purchasing from Travis!

Ordered my new Rix optics leap 3 on Friday around 8 pm and had a notice from UPS by 8 the next morning that the label had been created. Scope was delivered by Tuesday and everything was as advertised. I can’t say enough about Travis as I have called him several times discussing several scopes and what would be best for me he was helpful and courteous every time we spoke!! I decided on the Rix after the open house and speaking to Dustin Williams I haven’t gotten to mount and use the scope yet but I’m 100% satisfied with it and Santa Claus Optics thus far and I’m sure I will stay that way once I get a chance to shoot with !! Thanks for all your help and I hope to do business with you again soon.

Travis took time out of his day to talk to me on the phone about thermals, comparing multiple brands and resolutions. When I decided to purchase, he made sure the scope was updated to the newest firmware so I could use it immediately. Even reached out to him a few weeks after for an issue I was having, he immediately went to work to recreate the issue with a scope he had in house, and instructed me how to prevent it from occurring again. He then forwarded the issue to the company, and they rolled out an update to prevent it indefinitely, now that’s customer service!

Absolutely amazing experience.
Called Travis because iRay is having a deal on the RICO MK1 RH35, that I couldn’t find anywhere due to it being out of stock and he advised me he had a few in stock.
I quickly ordered and received the thermal 2 days later with a t shirt and stickers!!

Absolutely amazing experience and I’d recommend Santa Claus Optics to anyone looking to buy.

Thanks again Travis, I can’t wait to get this zeroed and get to coyote hunting!

Talked with Travis about an optic I wanted to purchasing. He was very informative and helpful. Prices are on point with other major retailers, so feel very comfortable making an expensive purchase from him over the big box equivalents. Thanks for your help Travis!

Travis was awesome to work with. He really educated me on everything i needed to know before purchasing a thermal. He answered all questions I had before making my purchase no matter where he was or when I called. I received my thermal within 4 days of purchase and 2 of the days were Saturday and Sunday. I am very happy with the choice he helped me make. Top notch service. Thanks again!!
